Bay-Con Infrastructure is an engineering firm specializing in providing services to construction contractors.  We are licensed civil and traffic engineers in the state of California.  We provide the following services, among others:

  • Construction project management specializing in large-scale public works projects
  • Construction estimates
  • Temporary traffic control plans - One of our specialties is the design of temporary traffic control plans (TCPs), per the California Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (CA MUTCD). 
  • Traffic data counts (pnuematic tubes, turning movement counts, queue length, radar speed surveys)
  • Turning movement geometric analysis, per the AASHTO Green Book (A Policy on Geometric Design Highways and Streets, 2018)
  • Stormwater pollution prevention plans, inspections, and sampling/monitoring (turbidity & pH testing) - We have certified QSDs & QSPs on-staff that are trained under the old 2009 and new 2022 Construction General Permit
  • Permitting - We assist contractors, developers, and public agencies in obtaining encroachment or obstruction permits for working in the public right of way
