This project involves the construction of a new 2,640 square foot bioretention cell to treat stormwater runoff from a drainage area of approximately 1.44 acres within the Airport’s Economy Parking Lot 1.  This project will serve as alternative Municipal Regional Permit Provision C.3 compliance to treat stormwater runoff generated by the Airport’s Interim Facility construction.

  • Engineer’s Estimate: $313,125.00
  • Contract Duration: 270 calendar days (90 CDs for construction, 180 CDs for maintenance)
  • $1000 per calendar day liquidated damages
